Elfrid Payton Jr. (born February 22, 1994) is an American professional basketball player for the Austin Spurs of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, winning the Lefty Driesell Award as the national college defensive player of the year in 2014. Payton was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 10th overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft before being traded to the Orlando Magic.
