Ekagrata
In Hinduism, Ekāgratā (Sanskrit: एकाग्रता, "one-pointedness"; Pali: ekaggatā) is the intent pursuit of one object, close and undisturbed attention. Yoga emphasises regular practice (Abhyasa) of meditation and self-imposed discipline to acquire ekāgratā.
