Edith Ramirez (born May 28, 1968) is an American attorney who served as the 54th chair of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) from 2013 to 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, she served as a commissioner of the FTC Chair from 2010 to 2017. She is the first person from an ethnic minority to lead the agency.
