Edhem Bičakčić (3 May 1884 – 31 December 1941) was a Bosnian politician who served as the 9th mayor of Sarajevo from 1928 to 1929 and from 1935 to 1939. The only mayor of Sarajevo to serve two non-consecutive terms, he was a close associate of Mehmed Spaho and a member of the Yugoslav Muslim Organization.
