Edgardo Dizon Pamintuan Sr. GCrL (born February 23, 1949), also known as Ed Pamintuan, is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as chairman of Clark Development Corporation since 2021. He has served as 33rd mayor of Angeles City from 2010 to 2019, a position he previously held as 30th mayor from 1992 to 1998.
