Eastern Bengali, Baṅgālī Bengali (Bengali: বঙ্গালী বাংলা, romanized: Bôṅalī Bāṅlā, pronounced [bɔŋgaliː baŋla]) or Vaṅga Bengali (Bengali: বঙ্গ বাংলা, romanized: Bôṅô Bāṅlā, pronounced [bɔŋgɔ baŋla]), is a set of vernacular dialects of Bengali, spoken in most of Bangladesh and Tripura, thus covering majority of the land of Bengal and surrounding areas.
