Eric Christopher "E. J." Harnden, Jr. (born April 14, 1983) is a Canadian curler. He currently plays second on Team Matt Dunstone.
Harnden and his Olympic gold medallist team skipped by cousin Brad Jacobs, were known for their physical fitness, described as "fitness freaks" and "embraced curling's athletic evolution as much or more than any other team", helping to start the movement of more curling athletes embracing fitness and spending equal time "on the curling ice and at the gym".
