General Sir Douglas David Gracey, KCB, KCIE, CBE, MC & Bar (3 September 1894 – 5 June 1964) was a British military officer who served as the second commander-in-chief of the Pakistan Army from 1948 to 1951. Prior to Pakistan's independence, he fought in the British Indian Army in both the First and Second World Wars.

Born to English parents in the North-Western Provinces of British India, he was educated in English schools before returning to India to serve in the military.
