Douglas Aziz Shamasha Eshaya (Syriac: ܕܧܜܓܠܐܣ ܐܙܥܙ ܣܗܐܡܐܣܗܐ ܖܣܗܐܝܐ; born 25 december 1942) is an Iraqi former football player and caretaker coach. He represented the Iraq national team, and is ethnically Assyrian.
