Donald Anthony Manzullo (born March 24, 1944) is an American lawyer and politician who served as the U.S. representative for Illinois's 16th congressional district, from 1993 to 2013. He is a member of the Republican Party. From 2001 to 2007 he served as Chairman of the Committee on Small Business, and from January 2011 to January 2013 he served as Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific. He was defeated in the 2012 Republican Primary on March 20, 2012.

Manzullo served as the president and CEO of the Korea Economic Institute between 2012 and 2018.
