Dmitry Leonidovich Horvat (25 July [O.S. 13 July] 1859 – 16 May 1937) was a Russian lieutenant general and railway engineer who worked on and led various sections of the Russian Empires railways during his career. During the Russian Civil War he became one of the leaders of the White movement, taking control of the Chinese Eastern Railway.
