Disney Media Networks Latin America (formerly Fox Networks Group Latin America) was created in 2005 with headquarters located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is the owner of many Latin American versions of Disney channels.
It is a division of The Walt Disney Company Latin America, which in turn is one of the international divisions of The Walt Disney Company brand. All of the company's channels are broadcast from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
