The Diocese of Matamoros-Reynosa (Latin: Dioecesis Matamorensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Catholic Church in the northeast part of the Mexican state of Tamaulipas, along the border with Texas, United States. The diocese is a suffragan in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Monterrey.
