Diana Louie Elles, Baroness Elles (née Newcombe; 19 July 1921 – 17 October 2009) was a British barrister and politician. She was a delegate to the European Parliament from 1979 to 1989 and a delegate to the United Nations General Assembly. Politician James Elles is her son.
