Dhaivata (svara)

Dhaivata (Sanskrit: धैवत, romanized: Dhaivata [d̪ʱaɪ̯ʋɐt̪ɐ]) is the sixth and penultimate svara of Hindustani and Carnatic music. Dhaivata is the long form of the syllable ध (Dha).
