Derek Kneeland (birth date unknown) is an American professional spotter and stock car racing driver who is currently employed at Richard Childress Racing as a spotter for the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Kyle Busch in the NASCAR Cup Series, and the No. 21 Chevrolet Camaro SS for Austin Hill in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series.
