Elizabeth Medrano (born April 16, 1996), known under the ring name Delmi Exo, is an American professional wrestler and promoter. She was previously former Major League Wrestling (MLW) where she is a record-setting two-time MLW Women's Featherweight Champion. She also performs in Westside Xtreme Wrestling, where she is a former wXw Women's Champion. She also performs with her older sister Ashley Vox, as the Sea Stars. They were the longest reigning and final Shimmer Tag Team Champions in history.
