DeMarcus Lawrence (born April 28, 1992) is an American professional football linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Butler Community College Grizzlies and Boise State Broncos. Lawrence was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 2014 NFL draft. He spent 11 seasons with the Cowboys before signing with the Seahawks in 2025. He won Super Bowl LX the same year.
