David Marshall Blough (born July 31, 1995) is an American professional football coach and former quarterback who is the offensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL).

Blough played college football at Purdue from 2014 to 2018 and signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2019. He was also a member of the Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings and Arizona Cardinals. Blough's NFL coaching career began in 2024 with the Commanders as their assistant quarterbacks coach. In 2026, he was promoted to offensive coordinator, following the departure of Kliff Kingsbury.
