Darleen Sheree Tana Hoff-Neilsen is a New Zealand environmental scientist, businessperson, and former politician. Tana was elected to represent the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand as a Member of Parliament in the 2023 New Zealand general election. On 8 July 2024, she resigned from the Green Party following an investigation into her conduct and allegations of involvement in migrant exploitation. Tana subsequently sat as an independent Member of Parliament until her expulsion under waka-jumping legislation.
