Daniel Vilhelm Carlson (born January 23, 1995) is an American professional football placekicker. He played college football for the Auburn Tigers, becoming the all-time leading scorer of the Southeastern Conference (SEC), and was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL draft. Released by the Vikings during his rookie season, Carlson joined the Oakland Raiders and has since co-led the league in scoring in both 2020 and 2021. He is currently the tenth-most accurate kicker in NFL history.
