CueSports International
CueSports International (CSI) is a pool promoting organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The group, founded by Mark Griffin in 2004, has been owned and operated by Ozzy Reynolds since 2018. CSI operates two amateur pool leagues (BCAPL and USAPL), and stages a billiards trade exposition in Las Vegas that features major professional ten-ball tournaments, in conjunction with the amateur leagues' national championships.
Both leagues share a rulebook based on the standard rules of the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) and its overarching World Pool Association (WPA), with the addition of wheelchair rules, team-play adaptations, and applied rulings from years of large-scale tournament administration.
