Chirnogeni (Romanian pronunciation: [kirnoˈd͡ʒenʲ]) is a commune in Constanța County, Northern Dobruja, Romania.

The commune includes two villages:

  • Chirnogeni (historical name: Ghiuvenlia, Turkish: Güvenli), named after Chirnogi, whence many settlers came
  • Credința (historical name: Sofular, Turkish: Sofular)
  • Plopeni (historical name: Cavaclar, Turkish: Kavaklar)
