The Communist Party of India (Marxist) of West Bengal is the West Bengal affiliate of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) in India. The party was the leader of the longest-serving governing alliance, Left Front, in West Bengal, holding power from 1977 to 2011. Currently, the party holds no seat in Parliament or in the Legislative Assembly.
