Civic Initiative (Russian: Гражданская инициатива, romanized: Grazhdanskaya initsiativa, GRANI, lit. 'Facets') was a Russian center-right political party. From 2018 to 2020, it was known as the Party of Changes (Russian: Партия перемен; Partiya peremen). The founder of the party, Andrey Nechayev, was the Minister of Economic Development from 1991 to 1994.
On 16 May 2025, the Ministry of Justice requested the liquidation of the party due to its failure to take part in elections for seven years in a row. On 17 June 2025, the Supreme Court of Russia liquidated the party.
