Chris Jiashu Xu (Chinese: 徐家树; born in 1967) is a Chinese-American real estate developer. He is the founder and president of United Construction & Development Group, through which he developed Skyline Tower, the 2nd tallest skyscraper in Queens, New York City, and in all of New York State outside of Manhattan from 2019 until 2021.
