Choi Wan Gyu (Korean최완규; born August 18, 1964) is a South Korean screenwriter and a co-founder of the South Korean production company AStory (에이스토리). He was selected as a winner in the MBC Best Theater Scenario Contest for "Boring love, funny movie" (1993, his screenwriting debut).

He dropped out of Incheon University English Literature Department.

On January 6, 2004, he and ex-Mnet and SM Entertainment producer Lee Sang-baek founded AStory.
