Choi Jieun (Korean: 최지은; Hanja: 崔芝銀; born 21 November 1980) is a South Korean economist. She currently serves as a Senior Economist at the World Bank, specializing in the digital economy and artificial intelligence (AI). Her work combines empirical research and policy analysis on digital economy and economic growth with operational experience in areas such as digital infrastructure, industrial policy, and trade across East Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
