Chen Lei (Chinese: 陈雷) (1917 – December 5, 2006) was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Huachuan County, Heilongjiang Province. He was governor of his home province two separate times. Lei played a significant role in the Cultural Revolution while serving in the Heilongjiang Revolutionary Committee. He died on December 5, 2006 in Harbin at the age of 89 due to a prolonged illness.
