Cheltenham Music Festival
51°53′24″N 2°04′41″W / 51.890°N 2.078°W The Cheltenham Music Festival is a British music festival, held annually in Cheltenham in the summer months (June, July) since 1945. The festival is renowned for premieres of contemporary music – in its early days especially British music – hosting over 250 music premieres as of July 2004. The name was changed to the Cheltenham International Music Festival in 1974, and back to the Cheltenham Music Festival in 2005.
