Chatham Waters is a large-scale urban regeneration project on a 26-acre waterfront site in Gillingham, Kent, between the River Medway and Gillingham Gate. Formerly part of the 75-acre Chatham Docks (a commercial port distinct from the nearby Chatham Historic Dockyard), the site was acquired by Peel Land & Property in 2006.
