Bailey Matthews (born 30 December 1996) is an American professional wrestler. He is signed to WWE, where he performs on the NXT brand under the ring name Charlie Dempsey as a member of the Birthright stable, and also makes appearances in WWE's partner promotion Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).
A second generation wrestler and the son of William Regal, Matthews made his professional wrestling debut in 2018 and signed with the WWE in 2021. In the WWE, he has held the NXT Heritage Cup twice.
