Charlestown is a ward in the suburban north of the city of Manchester, England. The population of the ward at the 2011 census was 14,332. Voters from this ward elect three councillors to Manchester City Council.
The M60 motorway, Moston railway station, and Boggart Hole Clough form the northern, eastern and southern boundaries of the ward respectively with the western portion leading into the suburb of Blackley along Rochdale Road. The ward is entirely within the Blackley and Middleton South constituency.
