Charles Milliard (French pronunciation: [ʃaʁl(ə) miljaʁ]; born September 10, 1979) is a Canadian politician, businessman, and pharmacist who has served as the leader of the Quebec Liberal Party since 2026. He was the president of the Quebec Federation of Chambers of Commerce (FCCQ) from 2020 to 2024.
