Charles M. Weber III (October 23, 1893 – April 15, 1987) was an American politician and civil engineer. He served in the California State Assembly for the 11th district for multiple terms, from March 25, 1935 until January 8, 1951. During World War I he served in the United States Army. He was part of the Murphy family of California, early pioneering settlers.
