Sir Charles Frederick Higham (/ˈhəm/; 17 January 1876 – 24 December 1938) was a British publicist, advertising consultant prominent in World War I and a Conservative Party politician elected as the Member of Parliament for Islington South in the County of London for one term, from 1918 to 1922.
