Chałubińskiego 8 (Ch8; Polish: [xa.wu.biɲˈskjɛ.ɡɔ ˈɔ.ɕɛm]), formerly known as Intraco II, and Oxford Tower, is a skyscraper office building in Warsaw, Poland, within the South Downtown neighbourhood, at 8 Chałubińskiego Street. It was opened in 1978. The building measures 140 m to the roof, and 150 m in its total height.
