CID – Central Institute for the Deaf, located in St. Louis, Missouri, is an internationally recognized program specializing in listening and spoken language (LSL) education for children who are deaf or hard of hearing from birth through elementary school. CID provides integrated early intervention, pediatric audiology, family coaching and school-age services grounded in research on listening and spoken language development.
