The Central Bank of the Republic of China (Chinese: 中華民國中央銀行; pinyin: Zhōnghuá Mínguó Zhōngyāng Yínháng), formerly the Central Bank of China from 1924 to 2007 and still referred to by its acronym CBC, is the central bank of Taiwan, headquartered in Taipei. Established in 1924 in Guangzhou, the bank relocated to Taiwan after the Chinese Civil War and assumed control over banknote issuance from the Bank of Taiwan in 1961.

Its legal and common name in Chinese is literally translated as the "Central Bank" (Chinese: 中央銀行). The central bank is administered under the Executive Yuan of the ROC government.
