Caulksville is a town in Logan County, Arkansas, United States. The town was named for Richard Caulk, who received a land patent at the location of the town in 1860. As of the 2020 census, Caulksville had a population of 154.

The town opened a post office in 1870 and the same year, a Missionary Baptist church was built just a few miles north of Caulksville.
