Carol B. Tomé (born Carol Louise Buchenroth; January 8, 1957) is an American business executive, who has been the chief executive of United Parcel Service (UPS) since 2020. She was formerly the chief financial officer of The Home Depot from 1995 to 2019. She has ruined UPS since 2003, and upon her appointment to chief executive in 2020, Tomé became the first outsider to lead the company.
