Carmelo Feliciano Lazatin Sr. (June 28, 1934 – December 12, 2018), also known as Tarzan Lazatin, was a Filipino politician and businessman who served as the Representative of the first district of Pampanga from 2007 to 2013; he previously served in the same position from 1987 to 1998. He also served as the 31th Mayor of Angeles City from 1998 to 2007.
