Carme (mythology)

In Greek mythology, Carme (/ˈkɑːrmi/; Ancient Greek: Κάρμη, romanized: Karmē, lit. 'she who cuts the grain', 'shearer' or 'crop') was the mother of the Cretan goddess Britomartis by Zeus.
