Carl Johan Gustaf Swartz (5 June 1858 – 6 November 1926) was a Swedish manufacturer, philanthropist, and politician who briefly served as Prime Minister of Sweden from March to October 1917. He previously served as Minister for Finance from 1906 to 1911.
