The Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF; French: Fédération canadienne des contribuables) is a taxpayer advocacy organization in Canada. It was founded in Saskatchewan in 1990 through a merger of the Association of Saskatchewan Taxpayers and the Resolution One Association of Alberta
It describes itself as an organization that advocates for lower taxes, less waste, and an increase in government accountability though other view it as an astroturf organization with ties to Canada's political right.
