The bank was based in Atlanta, with executive and operations headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. It was the primary subsidiary of Houston, Texas based Cadence Bancorporation, a bank holding company.
The bank owned the naming rights to the Cadence Bank Amphitheatre in Atlanta.
