The Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 3902 (CUPE 3902) is a Canadian labour union local representing contract-academic workers – including teaching assistants (TAs), exam-service workers (chief presiding officers, invigilators), sessional lecturers, writing instructors, music professionals, postdoctoral researchers and graduate assistants – at the University of Toronto and its federated colleges Victoria University and the University of St. Michael's College. It is the largest labour union at the University of Toronto.
