Cô Tô (ⓘ) is a small Special administrative zone of Quảng Ninh province in the northeastern region of Vietnam. As of 2019, the district had a population of 6,285, which is the lowest-population subdivision in Quảng Ninh. Cô Tô' covers an area of 47.3 km2. The region capital lies at Cô Tô.
