Burgwerd (Dutch: [/ˈbʏrx.ʋərt/]; West Frisian: Burchwert) is a small village in Súdwest-Fryslân in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population of around 315 in January 2017. It is located near the Boalserter Trekfeart.
