Brzeźnica (also called Kozie Chrzepty) is a hill in the Niemczańsko-Strzelińskie Hills in southwestern Poland. It reaches an elevation of 492 m (1,614 ft). In the official Polish geographical names register (PRNG), the summit is recorded under the primary name Kozie Chrzepty with Brzeźnica as a variant name.
